I work to provide you with the lowest rates & quickest turnaround times in the business!

Your clients & staff will feel as if they are speaking directly to your company’s in-house architectural designer. I specialize in AutoCAD and hand-rendering. So, whether I am designing from scratch or working from an existing plan, You can expect seamless service. Your only thought should be, “Where has this guy been all my life!”

A typical set of plans from me will consist of: Floor Plans, Electrical Plans, Roof Plans, Exterior Elevation Pages, Site Plans, and a Details Page. In addition I can also provide Specifications and Selections Pages. Our original design files are DWG however most builders prefer PDF’s. All our finalized drawing are provided in scale. In addition I can also provide you with printed sets or pages if desired.

My typical clients are local and regional builders with homes that are priced from $300K to $2M and I charge $1 to $2 per SF for a typical set of plans. Plans can be used as many times as you like, however, I do charge $200 per Site Plan design if proper survey information is provided. My passion is sketching and hand-rendering for select clients that are build-on-your-lot builders, so feel free to let me help you reel in that next client. A hand-rendered sketch is typically $90.

What To Expect: Typically the first meeting is a Discovery meeting and is usually done over the phone. Following this meeting your design begins to take shape and a floor plan is created. (In architecture and building engineering, a floor plan is a drawing to scale, showing a view from above, of the relationships between rooms, spaces, traffic patterns, and other physical features at one level of a structure). Once complete, it’s time for our 1st Review meeting but this time it’s in person or via video conference to review and adapt the design to accommodate your wishes. Next, I begin designing the elevations. (Elevations are views of the home seen from one side and are a flat representation). Once completed, it’s time for our 2nd Review meeting to review the elevation and adapt designs. Finally, I create the Electrical and Roof Plans followed by a 3rd Review meeting just to make sure we didn’t forget anything special like Christmas Lighting Outlets under the soffit or a built in Ironing Board in the Laundry Room. Finally, your plans are completed and you’re ready to begin meeting with suppliers and trade professional.

In Addition: Since I have extensive building experience I can also provide you with tools such as a custom Construction Schedule and tips to ensure the best possible outcome. If needed; and my schedule allows, I can even provide On-site Construction Management.

Let’s get to work.
